Baluster form, mounted to each side with winged victory herms issuing scrolling foliate handles centered by a lion's mask, the neck and shoulder applied with borders of palmettes and and rosette centered acanthus scrolls above panels centered by a laurel wreath encircling a torch flanked by palm fronds, raised on fluted socle with egg-and-dart collar, all on rouge griotte pedestal mounted with bronze laurel wreaths to each side and bronze base.
