Of long rectangular form, with woven cane top, and caned cylindrical headrest; the shaped back with three panels carved with flowers, all over a front with humpback stretcher, two long drawers, and a central open scrollwork element, the square legs terminating in scrolled feet, the deep red-brown timber, possibly hongmu, heavy and dense.
