This print was likely set at the Germantown Boys Club, in Philadelphia. As Ben Bassham explains in his catalogue raisonne of Riggs's work, Riggs and other artists of the 1920s and 30s made nude male bathers a popular subject, and used the Germantown Boys Club, as well as the Y.M.C.A., as the setting of some of their prints. An excellent impression, inscribed by Riggs.
